Applicant’s qualification:
1. Applicants must be Chinese and have valid identity proof, stable residence in the same location with applicant is essential;
2. Applicants must have stable employment and income and be capable of repaying loans and due interest in time;
3. Applicants must abide by the laws and do not have any record of illegal or poor credit record;
4. Applicants must be able to provide legitimate, valid, reliable mortgage which accepted by our bank; to the applicants who have a good credit quality, loan on credit is applicable;
5. Applicants must have personal settlement account in our bank;
6. Applicants must sign the agreement which approve our bank collect the repaying loans and due interest from the applicants’ personal settlement account;
7. Applicants must be healthy and age not over 60 years old;
8. Other requirements stated by our bank.
Applicants’ documents:
1. Applicants’ identification;
2. Applicants’ book of registered permanent residence;
3. Applicants’ proof of income;
4. Applicants’ proof of credit standing and respectability (i.e. House proprietary certificate, driving license, national debt book, deposit receipt, stock, fund and etc)
5. Copies of repayment account;
6. Other documents if our bank requires.

To apply, submit the application to the local Bank of Kunlun outlets.
